Within the UK

• Up to 1Kg - First Class Post
• Over 1Kg and up to 5Kg - First Class Post, Second Class Post, Next Day Delivery or 3-5 Day Courier Service
• Above 5Kg - Courier Service

All of these options should appear at the Checkout.

You can also have a parcel delivered to a Collection Point of your choice. Choose the 3-5 Day Courier Service, and put a note in the Comments section stating that you would prefer this option. (Please note we also require a Mobile Number to be entered so that you can be notified by the Courier when the parcel is ready for collection.) Alternatively please call or email to discuss your preferred Collection Point.

Shipping outside of the UK

We select the most cost effective service available for the weight of the parcel. For smaller orders this is a regular airmail, untracked service, but again you have the option at checkout to select a 'Signed For' tracked service should you prefer this. For larger orders an International Courier service is usually the safest and most cost effective option and this is shown at the Checkout stage.
